PGCQE is a group of Citizens from Pike/Gibson counties who work to:

Stand, proclaim the truth for the awareness of our friends, neighbors, and communities about local environmental, quality of life issues...

Ensure that our local governments are responsive to the needs and concerns of the citizens they represent, that citizens have a right to know and be included in the decision making process, and that those processes are as open and transparent as legally possible.

Share and Develop information on current local environmental issues, air, water quality, pollution, land use, and related health and quality of life concerns.

Provide research assistance, educational, and expert witnesses to promote public awareness and policies that enhance the quality of life of all our citizens.
